   We're sorry something isn’t working for you.  You have 30 days from the time you purchased your item to return or exchange it with a receipt and tags for a full refund in the original form of payment.  Items returned without a receipt will be issued store credit or the item may be exchanged.  Blue & Gold cannot accept merchandise that appears worn or used.  Clearance items are final sale.
